  When you use our service, we will automatically collect some information and store it in the server log or write it to the external storage device of your phone. Such information includes:

  • When an error or exception occurs when an application uses a service
  • When the application crashes during operation, we will write the error log to the external storage, and the user can choose whether to send it to us

• Local storage

  • User screenshots and video files will be stored outside the phone
  • Data cache and user data are stored in the database for local storage during application operation< br>

• IMEI and SIM serial numbers of mobile devices

  • A unique identifier for each mobile device

1.3 About account cancellation

When using the Ai360-eHome APP, if you need to log off your account, you can click "My" on the main interface of the APP, click the orange area above, and place the "Log off user" button under the "Modify login password". Click it to pop up a window. If you are sure to log off, click OK. Logging out of the user carer will disable your account and delete all your relevant information (including cloud storage data).

How do we use the collected information

• Read the status and identity of the mobile phone (useless permission, which needs to be deleted when packaging the APP)
• Reset the path of outgoing calls
  • Some special devices can call the mobile phone (user) and initiate a video call request. At this time, the application needs to sense the incoming and outgoing phone calls, and hang up the external video call request when there are incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Take photos, videos and recordings
  • When an application is requested to make a video call by another device, it needs to send the data collected by the camera and microphone to the device
  • When adding some types of devices (such as NVR) supported by the application, it supports scanning QR codes to add new networked devices and calling cameras to collect data
• Read, modify or delete USB storage
  • When viewing camera data, the application allows users to capture images and save them in the storage medium of the phone, and view the content saved by users in the application
• View network connectionsChange network connections and full network access
  • The application needs to read the network information when configuring the network for the camera, and provide users with limited account system functions
• Allow receiving WLAN multicast
  • The application can find other cameras in the same LAN, and needs to exchange data with the camera not added through WLAN multicast
• Modify system settings
  • The application provides some settings for the user to select, such as auto startup after startup, mute during video monitoring, etc
• IMEI and SIM serial numbers of mobile devices
  • This information is the unique ID used to distinguish devices. Based on this data, Bugly will analyze which exceptions occur in the background and how many models are affected. BeiZi Advertising SDK will also use this kind of data for basic anti cheating analysis
